Bordering vines and being well away from any main roads, the château is located in a quiet rural setting, perfect for large family vacations, celebrations and discrete corporate gatherings. The combination of extensive grounds and nicely proportioned spaces, whether inside or out, allows for its flexible use for your event or for relaxing.
JULLIAC REGION
Château de la Falaise is located in the Juillac region and stands atop a natural rock formation which provides exceptional views of the Dordogne river and valley below. Originally a 14th century Monastery and Chapel, remnants of which are still visible today, the property was purchased by the Bonapartist family in the 19th century and transformed into the Château that you see today. The creation of the central square courtyard, and the Château’s four corner towers, and high central tower to the main entrance, provided symmetry and order to a largely medieval property.
