The recently opened Cité du Vin continues the impressive redevelopment of the Garonne riverfront with a state-of-the-art wine-lovers’ experience, and the city’s gastronomic revolution keeps building on its own success.
The vendange is always an exciting time, when the culmination of the year’s hard work tending the vines comes to fruition and the skilful task of winemaking begins. Here’s some pictures of the 2016 bumper harvest at Château Magnifique.

Food is huge on the agenda for us, we strive towards using only the best, locally sourced ingredients, championing the ethos that simple really can be beautiful. We care about what we eat, what we cook, what we produce, and endeavour to only serve food lovingly and thoughtfully prepared. We don’t put restrictions on what we do, so what we offer ranges from an elegant formal dinner to a relax feast cooked over fire, both will be equally delicious.
